1. Services

Pooja Soft Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, custom software, IT consulting and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or quotation agreed before work begins.

2. Quotes & payment

Quotes are fixed for the scope described in them. Work typically follows a milestone payment schedule agreed in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before implementation.

3. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code, designs and content produced for their project, excluding third-party/open-source components which remain under their respective licences.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content and access needed for the project, and confirm they hold rights to all materials (text, images, logos) they supply.

5. Warranties & liability

We remedy defects in delivered work reported within the agreed support window at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes such as rankings or sales volumes, though we report performance transparently.

6. Third-party services

Domains, hosting, advertising platforms and similar third-party services are governed by their own terms; fees paid to such providers are non-refundable by us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction.
